GENERAL SUMMARY:

When we polled people after the first few years of Contegrity, here are the kinds of things they said about what they received from the programs:

  • at peace with life
  • having enough time to fulfill an area
  • not avoiding areas of weakness
  • learning to enjoy disruption
  • more maturity
  • a sense of balance

With the strength of the Contegrity Community having built over the last 15 years, the comments we get currently tend to be more expansive and inclusive. This one arrived recently:

"Joining the Contegrity Community has altered my life - there is joy, connection, curiosity, and inspiration where before there was routine, avoidance, blah-ness and fear.

LIFE DESIGN SURVEY RESULTS

In June of 2005, Beyond, Inc., a national marketing research supplier, formally surveyed a significant number of our Life Design graduates.

The focus of their research was to assess satisfaction with the accomplishments that people have had that they considered to be a direct result of their participation in Life Design.

97% Agreed that they have greater clarity about what is important to do in their lives.
97% Agreed that they are more at peace with their lives.
95% Agreed that they have more power to accomplish what is important to them.

Representative individual comments added:

I am satisfied and have an experience of being fulfilled. What I find interesting about that is without the drama of the roller coaster, life seems very quiet, which before the course I would have interpreted as boring, and now I experience as being peaceful, loving and appreciative. What a wonderful place to live!


Extraordinary leap in my career with regard to creativity and responsibility.

Experiencing joy in parenting more frequently than frustration or fear.

Found a pace to life that makes sense and brings peace of mind.


Life Design has enabled me to listen beneath the words, so to speak, for what people really care about even if the words don't on first blush seem consistent with that.

ESSENCE OF LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

"I find myself conducting my affairs, including relations with clients and matters in my family, with more clarity and certainty as a result of this program.

Of particular interest was the discovery that leadership can show up in many different venues, and that leadership can be practiced in many different ways. I find myself applying these ideas without feeling that I had to train myself in new techniques or apply any new system. It seems very natural."

"Here is what stayed with me from the leadership program:

Probably the most striking is something that is still building. It is the notion of development. After working with 300 people on teams, it finally dawned on me that I've been working with people who are not in development on teaming. In fact, hardly anyone is in real development on anything. Without this fundamental awareness, most training and development is doomed to not produce much. Organizations and teams need velocity and it is not available unless people can see what to be in development looks like, sounds like, feels like.

I am no longer 'too busy'. It just isn't part of my vocabulary or thinking. Given the flattening and downsizing that is going on, it is very important that managers take on the issue of knowing how people spend their time and getting some of it back for the things that have leverage.

I have reread my notes more than 20 times. It's always a reminder that (Contegrity) provides 30 times more thinking than one expects to get. It is as if every sentence counts."
