STAFF:
Gail develops and leads the Contegrity Community as well as leads our primary programs and manages and develops the staff and leaders. Gail's focus is on expanding and deepening the reach of Contegrity and supporting those in Contegrity in fulfilling their lives and the lives of those around them. Gail has been introducing people to developmental work and fostering their ability to live it for 30 years. She is an ordained Interfaith Minister as well as a Contegrity Leader and an expert Organizational Consultant. Ken has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and has 38 years of developing, teaching and leading programs about fulfilling life and work. Currently, his primary job is researching and designing Contegrity's programs, consulting and coaching by phone, and developing the staff and leaders of Contegrity. He is also writing up some of the background to Contegrity's methods and approach. e-mail: kanbender@contegrity.com Jessica Koller, Participation Manager Jessica started the wave of younger and younger people participating in Contegrity 9 years ago. Throughout her life and her work, Jessica seems always to be the one to gather people (lots of them) and have them participate more fully and appreciatively in life. Jessica has always brought her whole heart to her work, whether she was working with thousands of people at trade shows, hundreds of committed people at Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, or since 2004 with all those who are interested in Contegrity. Jessica now looks out for all who want to participate in Contegrity, and makes sure they have a way to do so. She also leads some of Contegrity's programs and shows how far someone can go out of sheer willingness and engagement. e-mail: jkoller@contegrity.com Nancy Gonzalez, Community and Communication Manager Nancy has built schools, developed therapists, and has been providing the voice of practicality and effectiveness since Contegrity began. She often provides an amplification of Gail's voice and ideas while Gail is leading programs. Nancy has found the perfect niche for her talents by supporting those participating in Contegrity in finding their place in the community. She also helps to figure as well as manage where Contegrity is going next and how it will get there, and she isn't shy about inviting others in the community to kick in and engage in taking it there.
