Lorne Armstrong, MBA, Contegrity Leader

Lorne has wide background and experience in the corporate arena - having worked for IBM Canada and been Director of Employee Relations for 14 years and the Manager of Personnel Planning and Development for 4 years for MacMillan Bloedel, the largest employer in British Columbia. Since 1998, Lorne has run his own Organization Consulting Firm, the Armstrong Consulting Group, on Contegrity principles.

His consulting company works with a wide range of clients from high-tech start-ups to engineering and manufacturing companies, as well as the not-for-profit sector.

Lorne brings his rigor in thinking as well as an affable and enjoyable sense of humor to a realistic and hard-nosed sense of what accomplishment calls for. He enjoys bringing the particular strengths of a group to light and giving that strength a viable pathway for accomplishment. Lorne has a reputation for producing outstanding and sustainable results with groups of people and having leadership develop reliably while doing so.

He leads many of Contegrity's programs in the areas of leadership, management, communication and accomplishment in Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest.

Jessica Koller, Program Leader

Jessica is a staff member with Contegrity and has also taken on providing what she sees is available through wholehearted engagement to others through leading. She is currently certified to lead Essence of Accomplishment and we are quite sure she won't stop there.
