The Founders

The Contegrity founders are 2 development professionals with well over 25 years of experience each in designing and leading communication and personal development programs with hundreds of thousands of people. They have worked in public, corporate and non-profit sectors, both domestic and international, as well as across various cultures.

They have been co-leading Contegrity since 1993.

Dr. Ken Anbender, Co-Founder

Dr. Anbender specializes in the design of programs that orient people to the place of communication, development, and accomplishment in building a fulfilling life.

His long-term interest has been how to build vital communities - whether development communities, organizations or teams - that have a culture of communication and leadership sufficient to foster a deeply productive satisfaction with life.

Over the years, Ken has custom-designed hundreds of powerful and effective programs for many organizations, non-profits, and governments. He has also developed others to be able to successfully lead both programs and the organizations that house them.

Gail Cantor, Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder

Gail brings a deep appreciation of people, their strengths, and their higher aspirations to her work. She has been instrumental in developing people in a way that they take their place and provide their contribution to their families and organizations in a manner that calls on others to do so as well. Gail's strength is in fostering communities that take care of and develop its members such that the whole community has a reality and power much greater than the sum of its parts.

Gail is at ease working with people in a public setting about their work, and in a work setting about their lives, given that she sees where these are always integrated when at their best. She is an organizational consultant who is an expert in what it takes to structure people and projects for accomplishment as well as an ordained minister grounded in what calls to people in behalf of their highest aspirations.

She is consistently in touch with people's deep desire to engage whole-heartedly with others and life, and makes it much more feasible for them to do so.
