KEN ANBENDER, Ph.D. is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Contegrity Program Designs, Inc.

After receiving a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Adelphi University's Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies in 1975, Dr. Anbender spent over 20 years, designing and offering communication-based development programs to corporations, institutions, and to the public worldwide.

From 1979 until 1991, he was the principal executive, designer, and trainer for a multi-million dollar Communication Program offered by Landmark Education Corporation in 108 cities around the world. Dr. Anbender personally trained over 100,000 people, as well as hundreds of program leaders, during that time.

Since 1991 when Dr. Anbender founded Contegrity Program Designs, he has designed, implemented, and trained leaders for over 40 major programs that provide new methods of personal and professional development. These new methods have led to the establishment of "development communities", both public and corporate, that provide an environment in which personal and group development go hand-in-hand with enhanced productivity.

Dr. Anbender specializes in the custom-design of in-house universities and specialized development programs that evolve people's unique base of power, satisfaction, and productivity through communication-based approaches to work, teamwork, management, leadership and strategy.

Programs and consulting designed by Dr. Anbender have been offered through such companies as Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, Ford, Xerox Parc, and Monsanto, as well as institutions such as Quantico (the U.S. Marines), the Hewlett Foundation, and the city governments of Boulder, CO and Redmond, WA.

The central tenet underlying Dr. Anbender's approach is that working well and living well are related, and that communication and development (in their deepest sense) are the keys to unlock power and fulfillment for individuals, teams, companies, communities, and institutions.
