GAIL CANTOR co-founded Contegrity Program Designs, Inc. with Dr. Ken Anbender in 1991 and has been the Chief Operating Officer of that organization since that time. For the fourteen years prior to 1991, Ms. Cantor worked as a manager and executive making large-scale development programs available to the public worldwide. She managed an international communication program for Landmark Education Corporation and built and grew training centers in the United States. In addition to her executive accountabilities, Ms. Cantor developed and led training programs with thousands of people during that time. Since 1991, she has designed, implemented and trained leaders for the wide array of programs offered by Contegrity Program Designs. Through her way of leading and the relationships she establishes, Gail has led the establishment of "development communities" throughout the United States and Canada in both public and corporate settings. Under her leadership, these development communities provide an integrated environment in which personal and group development go hand-in-hand with enhanced productivity. Ms. Cantor's focus is on providing a relational environment and specialized development programs that free people's unique wellspring of power and productivity. She is singularly able to have people integrate ongoing developmental progress with their operational objectives. While working with Gail, people reliably become more able through working, and their work and life outcomes improve through the ongoing expansion of their abilities. These results are accomplished by taking a deep communication-based approach to work, accountability, leadership, and teamwork - whether in a life, in relationship, or at work. Gail has offered programs in such companies as Hewlett Packard, Marquette Management Company, Sodexho, Agilent Technologies, Inc., as well as organizations and institutions such as the Archdiocese of Chicago and the City of Redmond, Washington. The central theme of Ms. Cantor's approach is that communication, relationship and development are fundamental to freeing the power of individuals, teams, companies, institutions and communities and that this freedom, channeled through a fitting project, leads to an increase in fulfillment for all involved.
