How To Participate

We all know how to participate with others and in life, so this section isn't intended to speak to that. It is about how to best bring that openness to engaging to your relationship with Contegrity and the area of fulfillment.

We invite you to take your place in the Contegrity community and to engage fully in behalf of fulfilling life.

Contegrity consistently invites people to step up and become an agent for fulfilling life. Please consider the level of participation that is appropriate to you, listen for the right gradient of development, listen for what lights life up - what would be fulfilling, and take that on.

Each of the levels listed below is a way to connect with the Contegrity community and to expand fulfilling life as an orientation in the world. They vary from checking us out, to participating in programs or consulting, to being a member of the community, to "consociating" - being a partner in making Contegrity available to others, to collaborating - finding an area you can lead Contegrity into, to leading programs or being on staff where Contegrity becomes your profession.

Here is what the different levels entail:

• INSERT TOE IN WATER LEVEL (EXPLORATION)

  You can:
  Sign up for our Daily Quotations
  Attend an Introductory Call (group call)
  Have a private call
  Attend a local Introductory Event

• PROGRAM PARTICIPANT/ CONSULTING PARTICIPANT

  You can:
  Participate in any of our programs in the timing and consistency that fits you
  Participate in any of our consulting in the timing and consistency that fits you
  

  Tuition will be calculated on a per-program basis.

• COMMUNITY MEMBER

  A Community Member is a person who is saying that they belong to this community, that Contegrity will be a regular practice for them, and that they offer to support the community to be a powerful environment for people who are serious about fulfilling life.

  The programs offered at this level will give you what you need to practice Contegrity in your life as well as to build a relational environment around you that goes more powerfully in the direction of fulfillment.

  Included in this level of participation is The Fulfilling Life Conference Call series, 2 regional engagements per year and the annual Special Program.

  In addition, community members will be encouraged to form small local support groups and to bring Contegrity to the people in their lives.

  Community members will be invited to occasional conference calls designed for them and will be given special study materials not made available to Program Participants.

  Participation in the basic program for community members, Fulfilling Life, is required within the first year of being a Community Member.

  Tuition for Community members is $3000 per year.

• CONSOCIATE

  A Contegrity Consociate is a Community Member who is interested in partnering with the leadership of Contegrity to bring the power and freedom of our work to other people and organizations. In addition to participating at the Community Member level, Consociates will attend two weekend sessions per year in Dallas. These weekends will focus on developing the power to cultivate others' interest in fulfillment and to inspire their participation. People on the Consociate track will become a more powerful influence for fulfillment in the world.

  Tuition for Consociates will be $4000 per year. This level will include projects in between sessions and groups will form by geography and/or interests (i.e., Life Design, Contegrity in business, etc.).

• COLLABORATOR

  A Collaborator is a Consociate who brings their leadership to opening up a new area or depth in an area of Contegrity and does so in collaboration with the staff. This level will be worked out on an individual basis based in mutual interest, and will include participating at the Consociate level.

  Collaborators have opened new avenues of expression in the non-profit sector, in study materials, in fostering structures for communication across the community, etc.

• PROGRAM LEADER

  A Contegrity Leader is a person who is in development to lead Contegrity Programs. The prerequisite for this is the demonstration of competence at the Consociate level. This track includes participating at the Consociate level, and may include collaborating in an area as well.

  At advanced levels of Program Leader, inventing and carrying out new initiatives for Contegrity becomes what is being led.

  Individual arrangements for the training and development as a program leader will be worked out with Gail Cantor, one of the cofounders of Contegrity.

• STAFF MEMBER

  A Staff Member is employed by Contegrity and their development is never-ending. A Staff Member's job is to build Contegrity and its contribution through communication, development, and accomplishment, and to have doing so be fulfilling.
