Contegrity has consistently brought our communication and development expertise into the lives and work of our people since its inception. In our view, development and operations, learning and application, are best when they aren't separated.

We have established many ways of partnering with people who are interested in Contegrity's methods and orientation to bring the power of the approach into their work life, or families.

We have done this on an individual basis - identifying what will work, over what period of time, to accomplish what worthwhile outcome.

Here are some of the ways we have done this:

  • DESIGN ANALYSIS

    Making an analysis of a company, division, team or business and determining the key issues, a developmental pathway for resolving them, timing, and division of labor for increasing the effectiveness of the business or enterprise.

    Design Analysis normally takes 3 days, and completes with a presentation, a report and a follow up conference call to determine next steps.

  • CORPORATE CONSULTING

    Contegrity has been brought in by large multi-national corporations, hi-tech companies, start-ups, city governments, non-profit foundations, and educational institutions to identify and implement ways for them to develop their structures, methods, people, and culture.

    We generally do this by partnering with a senior executive inside the area of their control, and we develop the executive and their key reports while ensuring the accomplishment of the work and cultural alteration that is intended.

  • IN-HOUSE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

    When appropriate, Contegrity has built into companies and institutions advanced development capability by offering our programs in house.

    When appropriate, we have also developed leaders inside companies to be capable of leading our programs, and licensed the programs to those companies for the development of their employees.

    These programs all fit with making group enterprises more effective and cohesive. They have all been offered in-house to other companies or institutions.

  • CUSTOM DESIGNED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

    Contegrity also has expertise in identifying key understandings that are proprietary to particular businesses and turning those understandings into a body of knowledge and training programs that can build in the expertise more widely in the company and ensure sufficient expertise to maintain quality during growth.

    For example, we took expertise within a major high-tech company that was proprietary to them, and moved the number of expert engineers worldwide from 13 to 160 within a year. This was initially considered impossible given the the best prior result was to move from 12 to 13 in a year and a half of full time work.

    RANGE OF PROJECTS

    Here is a range of projects Contegrity has taken on and fulfilled over the years:

    • Resolved the culture and functioning of the Senior Staff of a billion dollar High Tech Division
    • Ensured the first two "on time" new product releases in the 38 year history of a major High Tech Division.
    • Developed "genius level" special field engineers sufficient for fast growth by custom designing and implementing an in-house development program that spanned a year.
    • Made a 600% improvement in effectiveness and costs to the development process of a city government in a 9 month period of time
    • Decentralized the management of a mid-sized real estate management company through staff training and allowed the company to double in size and maintain quality.
    • Custom-designed an outreach program for a well-known yoga retreat center that embodied their principles and took them out successfully to new audiences worldwide.
    • Offered an in-house management training program that included coaching through time on key projects. The increased productivity generated through that approach well outweighed the costs of the program during the program with a brighter future to follow.
