Design Analysis

Contegrity Program Designs offers a Design Analysis process for a deep examination of your organization's development needs. This process, in part, is accomplished through in depth interviews with your key people.

The analysis offers a design for integrating the development of your people into the normal functioning of your business. In addition, the Design Analysis offers a plan for managing the costs and timing of the work to assure that the development and training process is a business asset instead of a net cost.

Design Analysis provides a plan for developing the body of knowledge that underlies your business, for implementing the training of your key people, and for evolving your communication structure. During the process we will explore three key aspects of a business and address the following questions:

The Body of Knowledge

• What is your organization offering to your clients?
• What is distinct about what you offer?
• What is essential about what you are offering?

Training and Development

• What is your plan for training and development?
• Who will provide the training?

Your Communication Structure

• What is the structure of your business?
• What about the structure needs to evolve to foster coordinated development of your people and your business?

In addition to the planning of interventions and projects, this work will provide a new depth of developmental insight into the key issues that you are facing. We offer creative solutions to resolve those issues while simultaneously building collaboration, power and talent for the future.

Design Analysis takes place over two to three days. On the first day we will interview you and your key people to identify the body of knowledge of your business and explore its current design and the issues that you face. On the second or third day depending on the complexity of your organization, we will work alone in the morning on a presentation of our findings. In the afternoon we will reconvene and formulate with you a strategy and a plan of action.
