We have found that the various powers of communication, and especially those that allow for development and accomplishment with others, are fundamental to fulfilling life. They also seem to be not widely known or discussed and more often are related to as if they are just a part of people's personality - this one is good with people, that one with projects, this one with appreciation, that one with development, this one with visionary ideas, that one with organizing jobs, etc.

Over the last 15 years, Contegrity has offered both to the public and in companies, non-profits, governments, and institutions, various programs that make reliably available the deeper powers of communication.

• COMMUNICATION, CONNECTIVITY AND POWER

  This program reveals the basic movements in conversations that reliably build accomplishments. In it, you can come to see that you already know how to engage these kinds of conversations and had likely been missing or skipping some steps and making accomplishment more difficult.

  The program also shows that sharpening how you listen to conversation goes much further that trying to figure out what to say.

• COMMUNICATING ACROSS DIFFERENCES

  This program makes available a powerful way of integrating differences - between people, between cultures, between views.

  It brings the power of creativity and an open perspective to getting beyond the initial affront of differences.

  People leave freer in terms of group creativity and more open to mine what is of value from differing views.

• THE ESSENCE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

  This program is a guided study and practical program that lets people work their way through the basics of accomplishment with a key project as the practical training grounds for building strength with the different conversations that are key to effective accomplishment.

• COMMUNICATION SPECIAL FORCES I

  This advanced program probes the deeper aspects of listening. Participants find that they can receive a remarkable depth of insight and awareness by listening openly to others and to life for what is called for next.

  Conversations take on a natural flow and become inherently creative.

• COMMUNCICATION SPECIAL FORCES II

  This advanced program lets you identify the key conversations that are yours to lead in life. It begins to clarify the contribution you have to make, the kinds of conversations that fit with successfully contributing, and the body of knowledge that you can begin to develop for making your contribution.
