Life Design

There are times in life when you experience yourself to be the right person in the right place at the right time with the right stuff.

During those times, even if the circumstances might be challenging, difficult, or not exactly what you had hoped for, you have a powerful sense of ease, effectiveness, and fulfillment.

	Your strengths are known to be a fit with what life is calling for.
	You live as a wholehearted "yes" to life.
	Happiness is fully available in those times regardless of the circumstances.

Is it possible to be much more reliable for having these times and living in that way?

Is it possible to understand the design of "you" in a way that supports you to have a more fulfilling life?

We say "YES!!!!" Life Design, offered by Contegrity, is an opportunity to recognize deeply your own unique power and where it can meet a realistic and timely pathway to fulfill life.

What do we address in Life Design?

• Clarity about how you "fit" with life and with others.
• When you know how you fit, you will be comparing yourself to others less and being yourself more.
• When you know how you fit, you will be freer to offer what you can provide powerfully and to contribute what you can.
• When you know how you fit, you will have less concern about "fitting in".
• Clarity about how much is enough.
• How much is enough to have?
• How much is enough to do?
• How much is enough to be?
• What would be satisfying for you?
• How can you best develop your strengths?
• How can you best "make room" for you and your gifts with others so that they call on you for your strengths and collaborate with you by providing theirs?

In addition, Life Design is an opportunity to expand your ability to recognize the unique strengths of others. With this ability, you can create more of an environment for people to be powerful around you.

Life Design takes place over four days. (The ending times of the first two days are set generously to insure that each person can complete their individual work with ease.)
