These calls allow you to see and appreciate the developmental ground covered in the last year and to identify with clarity what is calling for accomplishment next.

This method beats goal-setting, New Years resolutions, and muddling on. And the level of clarity reached well exceeds what people can normally do on their own.

In Transition Consulting, a Contegrity Leader provides the environment for you to see what it is time to appreciatively put to rest (something that has worked and is no longer sufficient for where you are going next in life), and to connect with the next inspiration or strength that can provide a basis for the new chapter in life that you are being called into.

Especially good in times of major change - in job, health, relationship, age, location, etc. - where you are likely to be called upon for something new in order to have it be satisfying.

Individual Transition Consulting takes three days and can be done with an individual or a corporate group.

There are times in life when we are called upon to change our ways and find it very difficult to see why we seem unable to. Often the catch is something from our earlier life as children, something stored and determined under duress and not easily altered by conscious decision.

Issue Consulting addresses these kinds of determinative early decisions that shape us without announcing the basis of the choice. In one brief orienting call followed by three 60 to 90 minute sessions by phone, each a week apart, we identify what is making development difficult in the area, what frees it, and a new power that can become available as the basis of future, more fitting choices in the area.

When what is called for next is an evolution of an ongoing relationship, and the focus of the conversation and the way of having the conversation so that it will work out well isn’t obvious, relationship consulting may be in order.

Without taking away the control of the conversation and the individual freedom involved, a Contegrity Leader can clarify the conversations to be had, listen for the truth of what is being said, and set measured challenging conversations to be held so that progress happens in a steady and safe pace.

After an orienting conversation, a proposal will be made by Contegrity for how many sessions of 60-90 minutes ought to be held and at what frequency for resolving the relational issues at hand. A package tuition will be established for the series of calls.
